30-Day Window

Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Free Return Shipping

We cover return courier costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Every returned part is physically checked before your refund is processed.

What Can Be Returned

✓ Eligible for Return

  • Unused parts in original packaging with all accessories included
  • Incorrectly described or pictured items
  • Items received damaged or with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item sent by MotoZA
  • Duplicate orders (contact us within 24 hours)

✗ Not Eligible for Return

  • Parts that have been fitted, modified, or show signs of use
  • Electrical components once packaging is opened (safety issue)
  • International orders (except defects/wrong items)
  • Consumables (oils, brake fluid, chemicals) once opened
  • Custom-order or special-order items
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

How to Request a Return

Contact our team

Email returns@motoza.co.za or use the Contact form with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Receive return authorisation

We'll review your request within 1 business day and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and courier waybill if return shipping is covered.

Pack and ship the item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Drop it at any Fastway or Courier Guy drop-off point.

Inspection and refund

We inspect the returned item within 2 business days of receipt. Once approved, your refund is processed via Yoco and appears on your statement within 3–5 business days.

Refund Process

We use Yoco for payments and process refunds manually after inspecting the returned item. This ensures both parties are protected — you won't be stuck waiting months for an automated reversal.

Day 1

Return Received

We receive and log your returned parcel at our Cape Town warehouse.

Day 1–2

Inspection

Part is physically inspected against your return reason.

Day 2–3

Refund Initiated

Yoco reversal initiated. Funds appear in 3–5 business days.

Refunds appear on your card statement within 3–5 business days of us initiating the reversal via Yoco. EFT refunds may take up to 2 business days longer.

International Orders

Parts sourced from Japan or China are ordered specifically for you. Returns on international orders are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped. We strongly recommend confirming fitment using our Bike Selector before ordering international parts.
