International Order

Items sourced from Japanese and Chinese suppliers ship via Buffalo Logistics air freight. This gives access to millions of OEM and aftermarket parts unavailable locally.

We forward your order to our Japan / China supplier.

Part is picked and inspected. Typically 3–5 business days.
Air Freight via Buffalo Logistics
Shipped from Tokyo / Guangzhou to Johannesburg OR Tambo.
SA Customs Clearance
Usually 1–2 working days. All duties are included in your price.
Last-Mile Delivery
Door-to-door via Fastway or TCG from our Johannesburg staging hub.
Flat rate: R 250 international logistics fee per order regardless of weight.
Mixed Orders
If your cart contains both local and international items, they will be shipped separately. You'll receive local items within 3–5 days and international items in 3–4 weeks. You won't be charged double shipping — the international flat fee covers both legs.

Common Questions
Do you ship outside South Africa?
Not yet. We currently deliver to all provinces within South Africa. We're exploring shipping to Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when this launches.
Can I collect in Cape Town?
Yes! Select "Click & Collect" at checkout. Our Cape Town warehouse is available for collection Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00. You'll receive an email when your order is ready (usually same or next business day for local stock).
Who pays import duties on international orders?
MotoZA handles all customs clearance and duties are included in your product price. There are no surprise charges at delivery.
What happens if my parcel is damaged in transit?
All orders are insured. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it immediately before opening and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
